hey there, ive got 8" springs and 1"zero-rates, with the front pushed out 1.5". im torn between 39.5's and 42's. im hoping that since im running such big springs, the truck wont flex enough to need to cut all that much to fit 42s. any idea how much id have to hack? this is my DD and its got a alost perfect body and i wanna keep it as close to that as possible with minimal trimming, but ive been reading about alot of ppl who got 39.5's and wished they had gotten 42's. i only do mud, so flex isnt that big of a deal obviously. thanks for any imput :D

52's up front with zero rate pushing the axle a total of 3.5" forward from stock.
Net about 4" of lift.
42's

Just look at the GMOTM for Dec. DP_90 has got 6" BDS Springs up front I believe and redrilled his D60 perches to move the axle forward ~1". He used bump stops to limit his stuff to run 42" Iroks. Looks real clean.

koldsimer runs that exact setup. He has done a bunch of trimming, but he full flexes his rig all the time.

what do i need to do for the bump stops? do i need to relocate them, or get bigger ones?
