How much trimming

Here is my 75 with about 4"lift and 37's. Took this pic on my wedding day. had some time to kill. hope it helps

Another thing that really helps fitment with low lift is pushing the front diff forward a bit. Even 1" forward makes a big difference in keeping the rubber out of the sheetmetal.

In order to do that I would need to use zero rates correct? ORD's site says that the drag link will hit the RH spring when running crossover. Is this true or do i not need to worry about it?
 
Its a possibility, but you can get a taller (or thicker) steering arm to clear the leafs. I'm in the same boat, just ordered a crap ton of parts today, some of it was crossover stuff. :) I'm doing 4" TC springs with 0-rates.
 
I forgot to mention that above. With the 4" lift I had the axle 1.5" forward and then with the 52's its 2.5" or so.

I ran crossover with both setups, and I did have to run a tall arm with the zero rates. Sky sells a nice tall arm that is uch better than a spacer.
