How much $ will a decent Dana 70 fetch?

I have a decent Dana 70 rear end from an old Ford E-350, and I am putting it up for sale first, to friend of mine's frend, but if it falls through, then to anyone who wants it, but I want to know how much that axle will fetch for my wallet. It may need to be re-geared, I don't think any-one wants a 4.10, but the gears may be slippin anyway, so new gears would be neccesary. Other than that, the drum brakes work fine, the houisng is complete and the tubes are solid.

My boss has a D70 rear in good shape with 4:56 gears and he is asking $250 for it.
If the gears are in good shape even though they are 4:10, you should be able to get $150 or so for it.
