No,I think it has a bigger chuck.
Judging by the pic it has a belt drive and is not variable speed, so I would guess used $75 max.

just picked a delta up for 100. 100 tops
That looks like an old delta/rockwell, they still bring close to 250.00 in good condition. I just picked one up for 60.00. Is it a bench top or a floor standing? If it's a bench top it's not worth as much but is a good drill press nonetheless.
Well, it pays to inquire about stuff because I got the drill press for free. My company was going to scrap it this week till the truck driver told his supervisor I was interest in the drill press. He came up to me and asked if I wanted the drill press. I said yes and he gave it me so he didn't have deal with it. Just keep quiet about it. Of course I post about it on pubic message board. (CK5)
I plugged the drill press in I when got home, and it worked. The quill (is that right?) do not go up all the way, so I'm got to take it apart to adjust the spring.
