When putting the fiberglass top back on, how tight do you guys crank down the bolts?

Just enough to compress the gasket

3 Ugga-duggas on the impact.

just kidding. I get them slightly tight with a 1/4” drive ratchet. You don’t need much

the reason I ask is because all the bolts were all Frozen on removal, two of them had to be cut, if it's not important I'll just do four finger tight?

Just a little more than finger tight. You want enough force to keep the top from vibrating or sliding around, but not so much that you crack the fiber glass.

If you still have the locating pins in the back you just need to snug them but if you don't then they need to be tight enough to hold the top from sliding

I do have the plastic locating pins, but I got rid of the two hidden bolts.

I ran a thread chaser before I reinstalled the top. When I first did it. Not every time. And I used a 3/8 battery impact then snugged by hand with a ratchet.
