How to change headlight on 02 pickup?

i've got to change the running light on my truck. i can get a hold of it but i don't know if i'm supposed to turn it, wiggle it, or what.

some of you have done this before.

If I recall correctly, you gotta squeeze the base and twist. Take a close look at it and you'll see what I mean
