Are there any other way to get in touch with them, other than writing in the contact-us section of their website? Does that site still work?
I did it 6 days ago and still no answer.
Are maybe them in vacation?
Does Stephen use an email?
I know many people here will tell to phone call, but living on the other side of the ocean, in Italy, Europe, I would gladly avoid that expensive option.

Thanks in advance for any suggestion

Alessandro

The problem with the e-mail is the spam filter kicks out e-mails it doesn't like.
I am family and sometimes it boots out my stuff if it doesn't like a link or something in the e-mail.

Try sending an e-mail to [email protected]

and what is your address and I will tell him to look for it.

Thanks Miniwally,
I just re-sent him the email text at the address you posted.
Title is "Info for parts from a CK5 member - Rockspider from Italy", sender "alepatrol" at yahoo.it

Thanks again

Is there good wheelin in Italy? I visited some of the towns on the coast in the navy, but Rome was a far inland as I ever got.

In answer to MrK5:
About wheeling in Italy, well Italy has a very high population and thousands of big and small towns in an area which is much much smaller compared to the States.
That dense population means you cannot have large inexplored backcountries to freely ride in.

There are many nice wood roads and trails, but wheeling off the trail is forbidden, white roads are regulated, and every year new laws close some of them.(damn greens!)

We "survive" with organized events, meetings and competitions, which are planned well in advance in order to get the permissions to use areas otherwise normally closed.
Many other times, when we go for a wheeling on weekend, we have no choice than breaking some laws, thus we try to stay in "hidden" places were no other people will notice us beeing there.
All in all, we have fun anyway.

I've been in the States, and there's no fair comparison. You are lucky to live in such a place.

Oh, and if you are still wandering... no, there's no rockcrawling in Italy.

You should post up some pics in the Garage forum sometime. I'm always fascinated by what the wheelin' is like in other countries. :thumb:

Stephen wrote me he got the email.
There were a number of things to answer in it so probably he would need a few days for a complete answer.

I really hope to receive soon an answer from Stephen, my truck has both tie rod ends shot, and cannot use it. And cannot plan any repair if I don't receive an answer first, as one of the planned mods was to complete the existing crossover to full hi-steer.

Please...

I have also tried contacting stephen through the contact us page on the ORD website. I also tried the email listed above but I still have yet to hear anything back. Is there any other way to get through other than calling?

Thanks,
matt

If the spam filter catches the e-mail they have a heck of a time figuring out what is spam/virus e-mail and what is a customers e-mail.

If you can please try to call.

If I write my list of parts to quote for price and shipping here, do I have any better chance?
It's easy for you there to say call, but apart from the difference in time (it's 22.30pm here as I write), it's also really expensive to stay enough on the phone to discuss all the things I wrote in the email, being me in Italy, Europe.
I can't believe it's all a spam-filter problem, come on.

Still waiting...

E-mail the list of products and questions to me and I'll pass it on to the folks at ORD for you.
