i've got a 92 k1500 burb. A/C blows cold front and rear. doesn't seem like it blows out as much air out of front as it does the rear. i put it on max and recirculate and can barely feel it hitting my face in the front. is there a cabin filter up in the front? would a new blower help? it switches to vent, floor, and defrost just fine. just wan't more air coming out. my 03 2500hd blows hard and just wanted the old burb to do the same. any ideas?

Well as far as I know there is no cabin filter. Have you checked for leaks in the vent tubes? Have you check the motor to see if its really being switched to full speed. Maby it really isnt going into high or the motor it getting old and has tons of resistance.

the tubes and vents have foam seals that disintegrate after time. this equals major leaks...

check that and for damage to the air box. mine had a hole kicked in it at some time.....
