how to get motivated to clean my SUPER messy garage

If you keep your eye on Craig's. You can get take out old kitchen cabinets. Those are great to hang on the wall to free up floor space while still giving storage.

Plus no metal dust on everything.

Cabinets whether they be used or I build em are on my list

If I haven't used it in the last year, it is gone. Tools are the only exception.

I am getting that way with a lot of the spare bike parts. I got two left to get running and then it's everything going on ebay and what I can't get gone there I'll recycle or toss.

ok filled my trunk up with crap to haul off and got another load ready. also when we get back from our trip I will post up some random car stuff for free if person who wants it will pay shipping. From on star mirrors to new gm 3.8 to 5.7 valve cover gaskets and xm radio stuff.

Maybe giving good stuff a way will pay it back some day but mainly help clear out garage!

This is going to take some time as I have 2.5 cars apart basically in garage so can not get rid of parts that go to them. But I can get rid of stuff that has not been used in over 3 years or don't need just like having to have or random bs I have in there.

Looking for cabinets that are horizontal to run at top edge of ceiling or plan on making a ceiling to floor shelf for all chemicals I have in garage.

It's a slow start but a start right!

It's tough when your storing parts for cars torn down. Once those projects are complete and roll out of the garage im always amazed at all the space.

You are correct about that. I am finally putting back together a lot of stuff on my truck that has been laying around for close to a year, and my place gets cleaner and cleaner with each part I put back on.
