how to get wires out when removing power door?

ok, the rubber boot that runs from the door to the cab with the wires in it for a power door..how do you get the little screws of to remove that boot? they look like rivits to me or something.. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

You have to drill out the rivets from either the inside with the door on or the outside with the door off. Drill and rerivet to put it back.

I just stuck an old screwdriver in between the boot and the door and gave it a few taps and the rivits broke.

well..i dont see how that would work to well, not really enough room to do that with the door on and i cant really get it of with out taking those wires out..guess ill just use a screw driver like steve said and give it hell lol..
