I've got Tuff Country 4" EZ rides with stock spring hanger and shackle, which as you know gives me about zero degrees of shacke angle. What's the best way to corect this? Not ready for x-over or 52's (yet), just want a better ride and flex from what I got. Can I just move the factory bracket forward and add longer shackles? What has worked for you?

Moving the factory shackle bracket will do the trick. Since you just bought the springs I guess ordering a custom length main leaf is out of the question. Thats what I'll be doing and I was only quote about $200 from a custom spring shop thats usually pricey.

Remember measure twice drill once when you move them.

well why not try the longer shackle i know that the later blazers 88 up had the longer front shackle at like 7.25"

To my knowledge none of the 73-87(91) chevys had anything longer than a 4" shackle.

Best bet to improving your angle is to move the hanger forward a tick. Going to a longer shackle can cause other issues such as increased pinion angle, caster angle problems and so on.
