Bologna and eggs don't do much to your insides, why don't you go slap some on your paint?
The only thing I found with the cooking sprays is that if you have a deep scratch with clear coat/base coat it will get into the scratch and make the base coat look wet all the time. I'd keep it off your sheetmetal.
