I did a search and read some past posts on the TH350 leaks. I am pretty dumb on this stuff, but am trying. Just have no one to lean on if things get tough, and I am tapped for cash.

'74 K5. Th350/350/203.

Leak gotten worse recently, and it may be from the increased heat here(100+) ? Topped off fluid. Seems the leak got worse after topping off. Leaks lots when hot. Fluid running down front drive shaft and slinning onto header. Maybe some on the gear selector that goes into tranny ?

Pretty dumb, but I have cleaned the tranny up and began to watch for leaks. I cannot see anything beginning to leak. There is also fluid on the cross memeber, but this may be both ATF and W40. Is this possible ?

Of course I can do a pan gasket and that is where I will start, but I am not very confidant that will improve anything. Thoughts or descriptions on where or how to look ?

Do you have a cover on the bell housing? Kinda sounds like it might be slinging off the torque converter if you don't see where the leak starts. That would be from your front pump seal.

Your only leak points in the "front" are at the converter hub, the pump, the cooling lines, the kickdown cable, dipstick, any pressure taps in the case (square headed pipe plugs), and the tranny pan. That's assuming there is no crack in the case, and that something internal isn't wrong and fluid is being pushed out the vent on the top of the case.

I can only suggest making sure everything is tight, wiping it down, then getting it up to operating temp and feeling around for fluid leak.

or like mine you can look for the 8" cracl on the back tail housing ;)
