How to make sqare holes?

Iam gonna get a bunch of cucv parts when I get back. Iam gonna get the Drings and brackets for my sub. I want to keep the chrome bumper for now and want to find out how to make sqare holes for the Dring brackets. Their only about 1.1/2 in sqare. any ideas?
 
Use an air cut off tool or a grinder and sawsall will work too.
 
DeWalt make a roto-zip type cut-out tool for about $100. It's like a drill with a special cutting but for lateral cuts. Good for everything from drywall to steel, depending on the bit. Definitely an invaluable tool in any shop. Supposedly, there is an 18volt cordless version coming out real soon. That will be cool /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif
