How to replace the rocker panels on the door frame?

Mine are rotting out. How do you go about replacing these?

Easiest way is to buy the replacement rockers. Not the slip over kind. Take off the door, brace the opening. Then out with the old and in with the new.

there welded on. Not sure what a body shop would charge or a real quote would be for replacement.
