how to straiten a tie rod

If its bent in, wrap a chain or rope around it, then the other end to something else and back up.

If its bent out, drive up against something and push it :thumb:

remove both TRE's, take long adjusting sleeve, toss in trash. Add new long adjusting sleeve to existing TRE's replace.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

a floor jack or bottle jack between tierod and engine crossmember. Repeat process for cb mount and KCs.

where did you get stoped at? I was doing 60 down J and didnt see anyone except the mustang that passed me

i was actualy thinking if it was worth it to go with high steer and a tough tierod at the same time because im about to add hydro assist.... dont have the cash right now though, bending this tie rod back isnt going to be a permanent fix. i want to be able to bash my front axle into rocks and hondas and crap with peace of mind
