How to switch from 5 pin module to 4 pin module (distributor):

i want to switch from a 5 pin module and run a 4 pin:

The one in the engine is on the left and was/is 5 pin (ESC/Electronic Spark Control)

The one on the right is out of a 78 malibu and is 4 pin.

i want to make the one in the engine, on the left to run a 4 pin module. What else do i need to do?

The quick answer is just swap all the pieces, this will entail disassembling both distributors completely to remove the pick-up coil. Once you make the swap you will no longer have controlled timing adjustment and you might throw a code for no ESC which might make you fail emissions if this is checked/required in your state.
