I guess some how I bought another K30. I really needed another truck like a whole in the head. So now I am going to sell my DD K10.

It has
6" rod 383, forged pistons, dart 180 heads, edelbrock eps, holley truck avenger, headers 2.5" duals
Built 700R4 with about 20k
Freshened 208
Front 10 bolt has a truetrac and 4.10s rear 10 bolt has a detroit and 4.10s and superior axles.
it is lifted with springs 2.5" and has 33" Tigerpaw girly street tires
Ord steering brace, greaseable shakels.

The truck is about par for a 84. It has some rust but the rockers aren't falling off and it has a floor and everything.

We know this truck building is stupid expensive anyway but what is it worth? Is 3500 to 3 too much?

About $3K is a good opening starting price. You might get lucky and get $3k. But with gas prices, economy, etc...not to many people seem to buying older trucks. And '84 is getting pretty old now adays.

When I pull up craigslist and sort to nondealer, Chevy, under $4K. I am amazed at what is offered in terms of condition. Around Oregon for $3K the body better be in pretty good shape, like 8 out of 10.

The motor, tranny, 4*4, etc...and the truck being a driver to me gets you $2K. ABove $2k it better be decent interior and body.
