I have a th350 with a b&m stageII shift kit and a 3000 stall converter.
im wondering how this will affectt the 4wd on my K5 and will it cause any problems?

Can't imagine that it would cause any problems, but its doesn't really sound like a great setup for a K5...

Guess it depends on what you are doing with the truck. Are you rock crawling, mudding, off road racing, just street?

You are gonna make LOTS of heat with that convertor and that heavy truck... Make sure you got a tranny cooler the size of Texas. :D

X2 on converter stall. The only real adverse affect the shift kit MAY have . Lots/most of shift kits have a few sets of instructions as per how hard of a shift and in which gear, if you go overboard and have a extra crispy shift you will surely feel it in 4-Lo . I know from personal experience as just last weekend i removed the shift kit springs in my accumulator and dropped the stock back in.It no longer feels like a freight train hit my bumper on the 1-2 shift. Just my .02

this transmission is coming out of an old 73' chevy nova. i ran it for about 6month so im aware of how hard it shifts i was just wondering how i would affect the 4wd.

ya take the whole tranny apart for a tail shaft swap.

and thats if you got a spare 4x4 shaft. if not then take apart the old one for the shaft.
