This time I have a client, poor guy

Actually my friend has a 2wd shortbed, he wanted to just buy a 4wd truck but asked me to help him convert it to 4wd. Good choice

Later I'll be putting a parts and cost list together

I'll probably start on the engine cross member in a few weeks, thats really the only part that I need to do, that and the cnc brackets, but that is just a few clicks on the computer.

Should be a lot easier this time around, especially since I won't be doing the PITA stuff like drilling holes in the frame.

I did a 2WD to 4WD swap a few years ago. I chose to swap the body onto a 4WD frame instead of modifying the existing frame. I did the bulk of the work over a weekend and buttoned it up over the next few week nights. It was a very easy swap, the body was from a 76 C-20 and the frame was a 74 K-20.
