Rebored 20 over. silvolite pistons , shaved 25 thou, ceramic coated and dry filmed. dsg main girdle. gear drive. arp head studs. rebuilt heads. 6.5 short injectors. new cam and lifters. heads and manifolds ported and polished. Fluid-Damper , 6.5 turbo addition.

just waiting for a few gaskets on order for intake. still need to get correct long bolts for turbo manifold, new motor mounts , decide how to plumb in my cdr. decides how to make the wastegate adjustable, and install glowplugs.

still gotta figure out my oil cooler lines, have 82 couplers in block and 87 lines, which are different. may have them make up some hydrolic lines at work that will fit. when a buddy finally shows up to show me how to get the body work going, i'll be able to drop it in

looks great!!!....I put a turbo on mine as well...the only difference is that I got the serp system too....when I put it in the truck my vacuum pump hit the fire wall even with new motor mounts and tranny mount...so I cut those two tabs off of the back of the intake where the old fuel filter went and spun it around to face te other way...just wanted to let you know just in case you have the same problem...good luck...you'll love the sound of that turbo!!!

Wish I could hear my GM-3 turbo sing! I can hear a slight sound from it, but the exhaust / engine rattling totally overpowers it...

'Ol red there withthe HT4C on it sounded like a jet engine when it spooled up. actually overpowered the radio in the cab. :doah:

BTW nice job on that. looks good.
