How do you get a broken bolt out? Just weld it. /forums/images/graemlins/weld.gif /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

I had a broken bolt in the back of the t-case because my driveshaft ebrake bolts loosened up.. I tried drilling out the bolt and using an ez out.. Well i broke some drill bits and then ended up drilling it out too big to use the ez out. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
So as i'm under my truck a light bulb goes on in my head... remembering 73tweaker use his arc welder and some conduit to remove a broken piece of axle in the tube. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif Use the force... /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif Use the welder. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Been there, done that...and works pretty damn well as long as the bolt isn't broken flush with the surface... /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
