I have a possibly dumb question, how does one go about painting oem hubcaps properly? I taped mine up and didn't quite get the result I was expecting and it took me a damn hour to tape them up. Is there some kind of trick?

A guy on 67-72 board has a black vinyl mask/sticker for the older trucks. Maybe see if there is one for the newer stuff? But a computer cut sticker has been the best look that I have seen. Like you my tape job just didn't look right.
You dont need hubcaps to do a burnout.....
