are dana 60 hubs the same as dana 44 hubs?

I don't think so, but I've never compared a d44 and d60 hub side by side to know for sure.

No, they are definitely different.

so if i were to put the c's and all from a dana 60 on a 14 bolt i would need 60 hubs. is there any chance that sombody would have all that stuff cut off a dana 60? or a place i could buy the stock inner c new

They did that on Extreme 4x4 and used, I think, Crane Hi Clearence parts. Never saw the outcome of the axle but I assume it worked very well and a very high price to go with it.

yea lol ive been studying their axle but i want to try and put stock dana 60 c's and knuckles on it instead of putting out 1500 im sure sombody out there has some used inner c's from a 60 they should feel free to chime in anytime

Will prolly cost you more than a D60 would, will have less ground clearance, and several engineering challenges.
