anybody got a good thread or info on replacing wheel bearings and hub seals on a 14bff?

Do a quick search. I know we went through disassembly of a 14B hub not to long ago in here. Its pretty straight forward. Just like doing the wheel bearings in the front except for the order stuff goes in. Two big lockrings holding the bearings tight behind the seal.
