My head is all messed up, i need to ask a couple questions before i make a rash desicion, so here goes.

Will usin a Chevy hub (3/4 ton 44) on my International spindles and knuckles work?

Can any one post up some pics and measurments of a Chevy spindle so i can compare?

I can't get wheel seals for the International, Rotors are discontinued. I dunno, just trying to get a quick fix, but the more i think about it the 60 is the route i should've went from the get go.

Try this place: http://www.rockauto.com
Click on the catalog start button and drill down until you find your Binder.
They have a lot of parts, and they show that the front axle for yours is a Dana/Spicer 44.
Sometimes a part is not under the category you would suspect, click around.

O'Reilly (Checkers, Schuck, Kragen, whatever they're called this week) lists very different part #'s for the *bearings* for your '73 1210 and, say, a '74 K20, which I would presume to be your 3/4 D44... so I'm gonna say no, the Chevy rotors won't go onto your spindles, at least not easily.

I suspect that you could put the GM spindles onto your Binder's knuckles, as long as they're both disc/open knuckle. One thing to watch for is the length of the spindle; if they differ, then the axle shafts won't fit and all hell breaks loose.

The other excitement would be the backing plates for the calipers, so that they fit over the rotors right.

I'm surprised that the Binder rotors are unavailable, but yeah, looks like you're gonna be doing *some* kind of major axle switching...

Ugh, from reading your other thread, I fear you'll be burning new spring pads onto a GM axle, be it D44 or D60. :(
