@cheavyk10 and I found out my hubs were locked on Sat and would not unlock. Tonight I pulled them apart and found the passenger side would not unlock I thought it was becuase they were greasy

So I cleaned them re greased them and I'm having the same issue. You can see it's stuck back in the hub again. I alo think I'm missing parts of my lock out assembly. You can see from this picture, I think I'm missing the spring assembly that does between the lock out and bigger spring 20240606_192752.jpg20240606_192758.jpg

all my trucks get hubs that require them to be unlocked with pressure to be free .so if a hub fails its locked .

and to much grease has been proven to be bad in our old school hubs .

So clean some of the new grease off? But I don't know if my hubs are correct parts wise or not.

Actually, the difference in "premium" Warn hubs is brass vs plastic knobs. The Warn premium hubs are available in both 30 and 35 spline for D60's.

Trivia; the 35 spline premium hubs were originally introduced as part of a full floating rear axle conversion kit (for 9" axles, iirc) and they coincidentally worked for the front D60 35 spline upgrade which became their most popular application. The rear axle application is the reason a lot of them had a set screw in the knob.

that's for sure. I was looking for an exploded view, or instructions on Warns site, and saw their msrp. ouch

So I got my new hubs and they are built the same way mine are just assembled wrong so hopefully they will work as a back up and I'll run the new hubs because they are all ready assembled and they work. 20240612_123023.jpg20240612_123255.jpg
