When you become a member, you sign on when visiting the site. The site remembers and saves settings from each of your visits. Each time you visit a forum, the topics which are new since the last time you visited are BOLD. When you leave that forum, all topics are set back to regular (non BOLD)for you regardless of wether you viewed the new topic or not. This way it makes it easy for you to know exactly what topics are new since your last visit ... keep scrolling down until the print reverts back to non BOLD.

The Title
I might be wrong but I think he meant the title of the post like in this post "the Title"
Just type a title in the box above the post it will be bold.
