HUGE problem with 2010 event shirts

None that I know of. The last contact came there before Christmas and it was unbidden. I thought that was encouraging, but I'll see if I can get a hold of them next week.

I figured that is what it meant but had to get confirmation. Not a term I hear used a lot. CK5 now the source for expanding your vocabulary.

My point being they were communicating without me having to pester them which I'm hoping is a good sign. :dunno:
 
So i called last Monday and talked to a lady was told i would get called back the following day and still haven't heard back.How ever the shirts suposedly shipped the week before x-mas.:dunno:
 
Unfortunately, I think it's a lost cause. I don't think I'll be buying a shirt this year if they are the company. It's been long enough for them to rectify the problem.
 
I understand your sentiment. It's a big downer for me too. :(
 
I received an email response. ill post later, but everybody that has not got there return order should call bridget. it sounds to me like they need confirmation of orders she also said she got some back saying addresses changed mabey cause some people moved?

702-459-3385 I sent an email yesterday but haven't heard anything back yet.


I called her this morning, she still said they went out before the holiday, and they were sent usps with delivery confirmation, or signature confirmation, I ma not sure which one, but she did say she has the list of everyone that sent them back, and she said some are showing delivered. she doesn't know what happened, why they are taking so long, but she said any confirmations that she doesn't get back by Friday will be sent again, and hopefully the others will show up at some point, so everyone could possibly wind up with duplicates.

she also said she sent an email to mrk5 this morning explaining this.
 
Huh, I did get an email but not with as much detail as you just posted. :dunno: FWIW, I haven't gotten mine yet either.

I do have a few leftover shirts but no way of knowing if they are good or not until they've been washed. They are still in the bags. I could send some of those out if needed as well.
 
I called this morning and left a message with whomever answered the phone. She said right away you need to talk to Bridget and took my # and advised Bridget should be in at 09:00 and will make sure she gets the message right away.

We shall see.
 
Bridget just called me back at 4:39 pm today and advised that most went out before the holiday, however she is reprinting all of the shirts she is notified that have not yet been received. They will reprint this week and should be shipped by the end of the week.

She will call me to advise when mine have been shipped out and will also email me with tracking info. They will be sent signature required and if no one is home to sign then they will have to be picked up at the shipper.

So if you haven't already I would suggest you call. I will update when I hear more.
 
She also stated that she has received some confirmations from the shipper that some people have received their shirts. I didn't argue. She did also say that any of the replacement orders on the list that she has not received confirmations from the shipper will be shipped out the end of the week too.
