HUGE problem with 2010 event shirts

We just need to start a "Don't get Wenzeled" type thread on Pirate. I'm sure the Pirate guys would be very interested to see what kind of customer service one should expect from a King of the Hammers sponsor.

It still kills me how Magnum Ink had plenty of time to print up the KOH shirts, but no time to print out a couple dozen shirts to fix a problem. I'm sure they got refunded from the ink supplier already.
 
Bridget did tell me that despite the date on the shipping labels all packages were sent on their way yesterday so if your name is on the list, your shirts are coming your direction.
 
Looks like the "Magnum Ink" shirt I got at BB09 is going to go into the work shirts....wouldn't want to publicly support "Magnum Ink" after all this mess :doah:
 
Well it does at least look like they are going to make things right in the end. So it my not work out as bad as it could have, just an extremely frustrating process in the end.
 
Negative. I received an email from Magnum Ink this morning about the status of the final shirts missing from the list, but I have not received a response to my inquiry on the shirts we should have received by now.

I checked the USPS tracking numbers but their system doesn't show any record. Unfortunately based on my past experience shipping USPS for business myself that they often won't show any info on a label until the package has actually been received. In other words USPS tracking is lousy.

I don't think I can even get it close. The limit is 19.5K and the file is 223K. I'm going to have to save each page as a JPG and then upload it.

IIRC, there were 2 labels missing but she assured me they had shipped with those listed above.

Interesting, that's more information than I got when I ran the tracking number last week.
 
well, they weren't in the system then, apparently. hopefully there is some posts soon saying they got there new shirts.
 
did she get the second batch printed yet? I would call and ask, but i am pretty certain she wouldn't talk to me.
