Update
Okay, so we have reached a conclusion to this issue. I have been refunded $10 per shirt for the 37 shirts returned to Magnum Ink.
I have been told the first batch of returns are still pending delivery despite the contradicting tracking information available. I have an agreement with Magnum Ink to hold the funds in the Blazer Bash PayPal account until March 25th. For any shirt received on or before March 25th, I will send the $10 back to Magnum Ink.
For those of you that contacted me because your names were not on the returns list provided by Magnum Ink, your shirts have not been printed and you are definitely not receiving replacement shirts and I will refund your $10 purchases.
I apologize in advance to anyone receiving a $10 cash refund (per shirt) because I'm unable to refund the amount you spent on shipping.
We are working on finding a new vendor to reproduce the 2010 event shirts. Once we have the details on getting this accomplished, I will start a new thread and attempt to directly contact those that do not end up with shirts. Magnum Ink has agreed to provide the necessary artwork for another printer to use so that we minimize the setup costs with a new vendor.
I request that all further discussion of this matter in regards to Magnum Ink be concluded. This includes calling Magnum Ink on the phone and posting further negative commentary on the matter here on CK5 and on other public forums.
I am going to lock this thread and we will start a new thread once we know anything about reproducing the shirts. I will be contacting those on the list directly once the March 25th deadline has been reached.
Apologies again for this whole debacle. I hope this has not soured anyone on attending the event in the future.
