The removable doors, windows other parts are cool. Coilovers are nice too. The second pic looks a lot better than the first though. The first looks like a boxy sports car with a hummer grille, lots of chrome, and some big fenders and tires.

Freakin sweet! Just change out that slanted rear window for a top configuration that goes almost a 90 degree angle and put a solid frontend and done!!! Looks like what I think Toyota's FJ Cruiser should have looked like (shorter wheelbase and no extra doors, just the 2 ya need!).

leave the IFS as is and use it as a sand car. I think it's a neat looking rig, but as said earlier, it'll be $$. Retarded really. It's a cheap vehicle, but it has a brand stamped on it.

I agree 99.9%...the only way I'd be cool with IFS (or 4 wheel independent) is if they brought it back to the Hummer's roots and designed the independent suspension purely for tackling the tough stuff. Otherwise yeah, i want live axles.

i still don't love the bling and plasticy look of the recent Hummers, but i'd drive it as long as they put enough engine under the hood, unlike the H3.

This is the coolest thing I have seen since the first time I saw the Mazda Miata.
