Seriously for a moment here.
These aren't the easiest thing to price out. Just not so cut and dried.
There are a few ways to go about it. We have wheels at the shop. We can use these as your base wheel or you can supply the wheels.
I can sand blast your wheels for $15 per wheel. Same as ours but if you have a sand blaster and want to save some cash, have at it!! Inside of the inner shell must be free of contaminants and please use the correct abrasive. I can make some recommendations for you.
I can remove your old centers for $25 per wheel.
Problem then becomes with the wheels themselves. I have found two so far that are very NOT straight!! On our fixture a bent wheel shows its ugly head very quickly.
I will not put a center in a bent wheel and ship it. With the way our centers are designed to work, it is a difficult welding job to say the least. Not to mention, using the existing center to fixture your new center is a good way to make a bad wheel worse.
Welding the center in is $25 per wheel.
Now we have some backspacing options. 2.5" up to 4.25" of back spacing is available on most common truck bolt patterns soon to include 2.5 ton rock well pattern.
We also have two center design options. One you haven't seen as of yet. We will release it soon. Its a non directional design which works good if ya carry a spare and care what it looks like.
The center plate itself is 3/8" thick steel and countersunk for lug nut seats. Countersinking for lug nuts is definitely something you have to do!!! Don't let anybody tell you otherwise. I strongly recommend open face lug nuts. The gussets are 1/4" thick steel and extend from the center of the bolt circle diameter on up to the contoured surface of the wheel left behind after the original center is removed.
If you want a set, call me or PM me and we can discuss the options, pros and cons a little more and find out what works best for you. From there we can arrive at a price per wheel.
