Hi there. Does anyone know of a source for the vacuum lines for the HVAC controls? Specifically the one that provides engine vacuum. I've tried every parts store in the area and no-one has anything even close in size.

That's because you live in metric land. Just kidding, I saw various sizes of vacuum and windshield washer hoses in neat little packages at my local O'Reilly Auto Parts recently. Not sure what size the stuff is you need. Are you talking rubber vacuum hose or the plastic stuff?

It seems more like plastic than rubber, and it is really small, 1/8 ID 3/16OD maybe?
Semi truck shops/dealers do 1/8" plastic air line and another little size I can't remember. Anywhere that sells plastic air lines for semis should too. They use it for transmissions.
