HVAC hose diagram needed.

I'm working on my 85 K5 with AC and I have a black with a blue stripe vacuum line just hanging out under the dash over on the passenger side. I have no idea where this gets connected. None of my manuals have a diagram.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
