Hvac no work. help?

ok.. everything doesnt work.. at first only low, med fan worked then high only worked now nothing, and also before it would only blow from the floor. anyways, i checked the ducts and stuff and its working, but kinda lost in the sauce.. where should i begin? ne thoughts appreciated.
