Does anyon have any info on a conversion from the z-bar set-up on a 465 to a hydraulic? Is it aftermarket or a newer set-up?

bought me a 1985 gmc jimmy fullsize for $100 that had it...
I had to take the bellhousing, clutch pedal assembly, oil resiviour, clutch master cylinder and hoses... that was it.. SUPER easy swap and I LOVE IT NOW!!!!! no more work out on my left leg!!!!
