We are now distributors for Rocklogic hydro-assist rams and kits.

These rams are custom made for wheeling, double heim ends, 1.5x8", comes with pressure hoses, fittings and mounting tabs. These rams are have the right bore to keep your rig streetable.

Pictures do no justice, these are quality craftmanship.

If you are looking for a heavier duty cylinder we are putting together kits for 2x8" agriculture cylinders, these will be for offroad only applications, and much less expensive.

You provided the ported steering box and your set.

Alright the complete kit runs $310 sfter $25 core refund on top cap.

hydro assist kit $220.00
EMS main cap 75.00
top cap 15.00 + $25.00 core charge
Total $310.00 after core refund.

This includes one 1.5x8" Rocklogic ram with heims, fittings and lines. The bling aluminum EMS main cap and the ported top cap. Shipping will be around $15.

Is that ram fast enough to be used on a dd? Ya know, street driven. I like where you mounted the ram. If I ran that, I would not need to install the steering stabilizer I am thinking about running.

That was a big factor when choosing rams, I wanted something small and fast enough for daily driven rigs. Most people on here would recommend a 1.75x8" ram or a 1.5x8" ram for a DD. But I have also heard some people with the 1.75 ram complain that it could be quicker.

I do sell some 2x8" rams for heavy duty offroad only.

Personally my truck is still parked, waiting patiently for my t-cases and haven't been able to test them myself on the street. So it will be a while before I'm running again.

What is involved to install the ems main cap?

all you have to do is jack the front end. Hit the end cap with a rubber mallet to loosen it. Next look on top of the box from inside the engine compartment and use a 5/16" punch inside the little hole to relese the snap ring on the cap. Now turn your wheel all the way to the left and the cap should pop out. If it doesn't turn wheel back and forth a few times until the piston pushes the cap off.

To install reverse the order. Straighten the wheel, install cap and snap ring.
