well looking at doing a hydro assist on a land cruiser but i'm trying to decide to go with a 1.5 ram or the 2" ram. I used the 2" on my truck with not to many problems but it seems to be a little hard on pumps :Dbut the reason I'm thinking of using the smaller on is it might be easer on the pump and it might turn a little faster at a idel well what you guys think

Most everyone says to use a smaller diameter ram for quicker steering response. Often someone who wants hydro assist, but still needs to use it on the road will use about an 1 3/4" ram for that reason. I would imagine the 1.5 would be fine.

I forgot what size ram is on mine but I am pretty sure it is 1 1/2" and it works fine with the front locked and 37's. My wife drives it quite a bit on the street too.:eek1:
