so what all do i need to do a home-done hydro assist? anyone have any good articles or writeups? any pointers of dos and donts?

Find me a power brake booster and you can have mine it leaks and I need a new one and what is the benifit of having one.
He's talking about hydro assist steering, not hydro-boost.

Yeah, it's a dodge site...they use the exact same steering box so it's all directly relevant.

Oh my bad, still hate my hydro-boost though.
Why? way better system than vac boost.

leaks and like 185 for a new one and I think that that is only a rebuilt one. If I thought that I could get away with manuel I would go that route.

Can't it be rebuilt at home? I'm sure a couple of seals would be pretty cheap.
