I am trying to finish up my manual tranny swap. I decided to go with a floor mounted pedal and master cylinder, but the master cylinder that I got uses a nipple type fitting on the end instead of a AN style fitting. What should I do? Could I get the stock line and turn it backwars and cut the end off of the rubber end and just clamp it on my master cylinder? I got it off of a Bronco (Furd) and it used a hard plastic line. What should I do?

I got mine made at a local shop with half the stock metal hose and 10,000 psi flexhose.

alright, does anyone know if the threads in the master cylinder are the same as the ones in the stock slave cylinder for the line? I want to hopefully just run the metal part to the slave and use a clamp on the rubber part, master side.

My setup uses a Toyota Landcruzer Slave & GM Master.
I used a steel flex hose from Earls, then I used fittings that convert to AN-3 for the hose to work. You can see on my master I had to use two fittings to get it to AN-3.
Find out what your threads are and you should beable to find a fitting arangement to get a AN line to work.
Good Luck
Burt
