I'm tired and my eye just ate some dirt, can someone provide me a pic... Installing the hydro clutch on my 88 burb and my slave hardline on the bellhousing isn't clearing my oil filter or anything else. I can't see any way to rotate it for it to fit? I may be sleep deprived but have 1 eye that could focus on a pic.
Thank you in advance!

No pics because I'm at work but....

Iirc, my hose is mounted with the rubber end towards the master cyl then it goes down thru a clamp (around the lower hard line) below the steering column and then on to the slave.

You're using OE square body parts, right?

I am using those parts. The line comes off the slave as a hard line ( 90 ) then rubber up to the master. It interferes with the oil filter and I have loosened it to see if I can route it at all, no dice. I honestly haven't had much sleep for a week and may be missing the "obvious" but can't see it. If you were able to snap a pic at your convenience it might just slap me in the face or... I rest my head on a pillow and stare at it tomorrow. I really want to finish this, my burb eats a lot of shop space aaand... I can't tow without it haha.
Thanks for your response.

I'll snap a pic after work and post it. Go take a nap. :thumb:

Boy was I wrong... Like yours mine has the rubber end of the hose down at the slave.

One thing to note when looking at my pic, it's an old line that I reused and the nut at the slave end was seized to the tubing so when tightened the line was pointing at the oil filter boss. I bent the line straight up so it would line up with the master cylinder. That being said, obviously mine is not a great example for a pic.

Imo, had the nut not been seized I could have installed the line with the bend pointing towards the steering column and things would have been perfect.
