Ok so after hours of searching I couldn't find the answer anywhere. I swapped my 465 to a hydro bell and didn't have the funds to pick up a pedal set. My question is the manual pedal has more travel then the master allows, Has anyone made this worked reasonably? The pedal stops about 6" from the floor. Any information or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Idea...??

When I changed the mechanical clutch on the wife's PW to hydraulic, I drilled a new hole in the pedal shaft closer to the pivot point, for the fork end of the piston rod, so the pedal travel matched the amount of travel the new master required.

Not sure if this helps but it worked out great on Kelly's Dodge.

I'm about to make this change myself. good info to have. thanks!

While I have not done this myself rest assured some folks on here have. That pedal is a lever like any other so you will need to move the rod which goes to the MC closer to the lever's fulcrum in order to allow the pedal to move to the floor.
