Ok i know the ram is supposed to be 1.5 bore right?
All the ones i find are 2" bore with 1 1/8 shaft what are the measurements on your rams?
Do you guys measure the shaft or the bore thanks

Bore! 2" is stronger but slower. 1 1/2" is more streetable. :)

I don't have my truck anywhere near me to measure, but I'll tell you how to measure a hydraulic cylinder. The rod is measured by its outside diameter and the cylinder in measured by its bore size (inside diameter). It's harder to measure the bore size since it requires partial disassembly of the cylinder, so it's best to know what you're buying. Mine is 1.75" bore and I'm not sure about the rod size.
