Hydro Valve with 5 hose fittings???

My buddy bought a Danfus ( sp?) hydro valve. The Valve has the 4 'typical' top hose fittings, but it also has a 5th fitting coming off the side. What needs to be done with this 5th fitting?

he currently has a Chevy Hydroboost P/S pump with one of the return lines plugged off......

Pretty sure that sounds like the "power beyond" port which is most commonly used for rear steering.
