Wanted Hydroboost brake pedal from a manual truck

I got one from the dealer. it ran I think about $85. The GM part Number is 347462.

I have one from a vacuum & stick truck that has both holes punched in it. If you can press in a new stud (or move the existing one) it will be exactly what you're looking for.

I have the same one you do. Interesting thing is if you look at the two hole pedal from a vacuum truck and the hydroboost pedal, the second hole in the vacuum truck is not in line with the hydroboost hole (common misconception). I'll see if I can dig up the pics showing the difference.

This is the difference, the second hole is not the same as the hydroboost.

Hydroboost pin is almost 3" away from pivot, the second hole in the vacuum pedal is just over 2.5"

Weird.

In that case, I would just cut down the automatic pedal (which is what I did on both of my rigs). The normal manual pedal cover fits nicely onto the cut down automatic pedal, so it looks the same from the front. And on the back it just has some extra beefy support.

I want the ability to swap back if/when needed and if I cut my auto pedal, that's not easy to do.
I figure if I'm looking for a different pedal, I'd get one that I don't have to cut, but if I have to I will.

IME, automatic hydroboost trucks are a bunch more common than manual hydroboost trucks. I'd bet it's not hard to find an automatic pedal if you ever do want to go back. Or save the piece and weld it back on later.
