I have one from a vacuum & stick truck that has both holes punched in it. If you can press in a new stud (or move the existing one) it will be exactly what you're looking for.
I got one from the dealer. it ran I think about $85. The GM part Number is 347462.
This is the difference, the second hole is not the same as the hydroboost.I have one from a vacuum & stick truck that has both holes punched in it. If you can press in a new stud (or move the existing one) it will be exactly what you're looking for.

Hydroboost pin is almost 3" away from pivot, the second hole in the vacuum pedal is just over 2.5"

Weird.
In that case, I would just cut down the automatic pedal (which is what I did on both of my rigs). The normal manual pedal cover fits nicely onto the cut down automatic pedal, so it looks the same from the front. And on the back it just has some extra beefy support.
I want the ability to swap back if/when needed and if I cut my auto pedal, that's not easy to do.
I figure if I'm looking for a different pedal, I'd get one that I don't have to cut, but if I have to I will.
