cannot get this damn thing to work right, Bleed the lines several times, sometimes the brakes will work, other times they will not???? master cylinder is new, Any Suggestions for setting Hydroboost up??????

Did you look into reseting the Prssure differential valve?
Or did you start bleeding at the furthest most bleeder valve, passenger rear, driver rear, passenger, driver, in that order?

Hydroboost does not need any special bleeding functions. Its autopurging into the Power steering supply. If your having trouble, it might be something else.
tried that,bleed and pedal still goes to the floor??????? 
Are you using all the hydroboost parts. I'm doing the same thing to my sub. When I had all the parts out and ready to go back in I noticed that the brake pedal arm and actuator rod for the hydro are specific to that set up, the hole for the rod was in a different spot. Just a thought.
i dont have hydroboost, but when i did a rear disc brake conv. on my 70' truck i put a rebuilt master on that was large capasity for disc brakes,and could not get peddle for nothing. i bench blead the master, used a power bleeder you name it, nothing worked. than a buddy that has a street rod shop said throw that rebuilt master away and buy a new one, said rebuilts are junk, when for a few bucks more you can get a new one. sure enough that was the problem, got peddle easy has worked great ever since. my buddy couldnt show me proof it was bad, he just said "trust me". he just had that same problem on several rods they did conversions on, hydroboost and brakebooster type systems. he stoped buying rebuilts and there problem was solved. hope that might help.

Wierd one. When the brakes stop working is the power steering down too? If so, I'd say it was the power steering pump or maybe the pump is going empty. Did you install the larger pump resevoir or add an extension onto the top of your existing pump housing?
Did you install a rebuilt hydroboost unit? Maybe you need to replace that?
Just a few ideas, sorry, not much help
Post up when you fix it, I'm curious now.

and when i changed over from vac brakes to hydro the pedel setup was o.k. on my truck. just get all the parts like the hoses and the pump.

I might be wrong, but I believe the procedure was something like add fluid, hit brakes, turn wheel, etc etc add more fluid- Basically its the same as trying to bleed a power steering pump!
That's NOT an autozone crap master...is it???
I had a problem...with one of there junk masters...a year ago.
