Anybody have a diagram that shows the routing of all the lines in a HB setup?
Found a used HB unit but all the lines, pump, and gear box were gone.

IIRC:
power steering pump to HB (high pressure)
HB to power steering box (high pressure)
return line from HB to pump (low pressure)
return line from box to pump (low pressure)

If you have a cooler, run it on the box return line

Do I just tee the 2 return lines together or do I have to get a HB specific pump that has 2 return ports.

people do it both ways... the most correct being the new box, but a tee usually works out for most people from what i understand

One note on the tee ... don't put the two lines in on opposite ends and the output on the center ... that way the pressure pushes against one another and fouls things up. Put the return lines on the center leg and one of the top ones, and the output on the other top ... oh, heck, pix:

Thanks for the info guys. I'm 90% sure I would have hooked it up wrong. Like when I hit the brakes and it turns left. Not sure if that is possible, but I think I'm capable of screwing it up that bad.

Nah, more like when you brake, the steering wheel jiggles, or when you turn, the brakes pulsate. THAT sh!t will scare you quick.

And it happened to me only when I was playing with increasing the PS pressure and flow, per the WTO site. Leave yours stock initially until you get it all hooked up and working to stock spec, THEN tweak it ;)
