The ground looks good, I ran a ground from the block to the frame and body. I am runing AC R44T pulgs. My radio is an old school Cobra 148 (early 80's) Peaked and tweaked, I cant remember what the coax is, and a 102" SS whip. What else could be causing my engine noise in the speaker?

Fuel pump and alternator noise are the big ones. Also remember to ground the hood.

The best ground wire to use is a flat braided strap since a regular round stranded wire will actually turn into a small antenna when subjected to RF level frequencies. That is why the factory ground straps are flat braided.

You can use caps as an RF choke on the fuel pump and alternator. The plug wires are a real PITA to deal with though. The best thing you could do is ground the hood. Also condensors from a points tyoe ignition work well to kill the noise.
