Im picking up a new steeringbox in the morning and was wondering if there is anything I should know before I pull the old one out out???
Any special tricks??
Thanks Brett

If you can take off the drag link, and rag joint, then it should turn pretty easy from the input side of the box, by hand. check the fluid if possible to be sure its relatively clean.

I've done that job a couple of times on mine You need a pitman arm puller. Be sure to mark the relation between the shaft and the pitman arm for when you put the new one on.

When you're ready for a rebuild and drill and tap for hydro assist send me a PM. :D
